Our first workshop took place on 26th April 2024.
Since we have developed our programmes and delivered successful courses around different topics.
Weight Management Workshop starts from 6th January 2025. It takes place 6-7 pm on Mondays at Meeting Room 1 at James West Community Center, Hailsham.

The Better Health workshops are based on two pillars: lifestyle change and exercise.
In the first one we will talk about why it is worth to change, how to do it to make it sustainable and achive results. Improving health, behavior change, eating habits, stress management, sleeping habits step by step.
Sometimes people expecting changes too soon, and giving up too soon. Discussing barriers in a group giving opportunities to look at things from different point of view. Talking about what did not work and finding different approach and strategies.
Deeper in nutrition look at needs, how to set up a balanced diet from real foods, calorie needs, macros, weight management.
The second pillar focus on exercise: posture and stability, core strength, resistance training, flexibility. Adopting exercises to abilities and health conditions. What count as physical activity and how to increase it building into your current lifestyle.
Finally how these link together, for example what happening to our body if we are sedentary and how nutrition can influence our stress level.

Women's Health Workshop
We dive deep into nutrition, exercise, diet, fitness, wellbeing at stages of women's life, stress, weight management, menstrual cycle, menopause, different health conditions and inspiration you need to succeed in today's busy and challenging lifestyle.
