Our trainer (Andrea) is committed to create an inclusive atmosphere that provides the support and encouragement so that you feel good and enjoy the session.

In addition to group classes, we offer personal training sessions that are tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or just improve your overall health and wellbeing, we’re here to help you get there.

Exercise Classes

Keep Fit offering wide variety of exercise classes. It can be varied weekly within one class. They are tabata, hiit, bootcamp, circuit  or ball games, and strength training.  

  Types of other classes are aerobic plus mat, dance fitness, kick boxercise and functional training workshops.

Our workouts are suitable for all  ages and fitness levels. 

Alternatives and modifications are given if you need them.

Workshops

Workshops are running for a certain period of weeks in person and online. It can be about special body area like back, shoulder or specific topic like weight  management, functional resistance training, mobility and flexibility.

Personal Training

1 to 1 or mini group training up to 4 people. You can choose online and in person training, also nutritional support, and workout plan as a separate service. 

Taking part in a free consultation there is no obligation.

Healthy Steps 

Healthy Steps is an Exercise, Nutrition and Wellbeing Program. Following your written consultation, you receive a exercise and nutrition plan and lifestyle change suggestions. Then you can choose doing on your own or have coaching which becomes personal training. This programme is focusing on wellbeing and health.

Highly recommended for who has different long term health conditions like asthma, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, anxiety, stress, weight management problems, obesity or mechanical back pain.

Fitness Testing

Assessing your fitness level in all aspects; Cardiovascular [CV] level, strength, flexibility, coordination, stability, posture, form of exercises.

It can happen after written or in person consultation and count as a one off personal training session.

Online Services

It is under development[though personal training and consultation are available].

It will include online live and recorded classes, workouts .Our podcast called Your Fitness Local. It planned to be launched later in year 2024.
